Chicken in a bag recipe! DELICIOUS!!!!
I feel inclined to share with people yummy recipes when I make them or find them, since with my GF allergy and so many other allergies, it's often hard to find a receipe which I can make in its entrity and not have to change or cut something out. Last night I made the below receipe. I didnt have time to take a photo because my hubbie & i devored the dinner! We made it with corn & brown rice with some onions, chicken broth and butter. It was DELICIOUS!!!!! The recipe comes from McCormick receipe website, and it was so delcious and easy to make. Throw everything ina bag and BAM cook. The brown rice was the same way, throw everything together & let it sit for 45 mins, same time as the chicken. My husband's comment was "This is the best chicken I have had in years!".
Cider vinegar, black pepper, ground mustard and Worcestershire sauce bring the extra zing to this low fat entree. Enjoy its easy prep and easy clean-up too.

2. Place chicken in bag; coat evenly with seasoning mixture. Arrange chicken in single layer in bag. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
